ZLAN5144J is the MQTT+JSON to Modbus gateway launched by Shanghai ZLAN. It supports connecting to the cloud server in the form of MQTT, and supports interface phone configuration, independently collects the data of Modbus meter/645 meter, and converts it into JSON format and sends it to the cloud server. Supports about 100 collection data points. At the same time, it has a serial server and a Modbus gateway that can be used as a normal transparent transmission.

The high-quality power supply design with a wide voltage of 9~24V provides better adaptability to the industrial environment, and the rail mounting accessories that can be equipped are suitable for rail installation. It integrates the Modbus TCP gateway function, which can easily realize the conversion of Modbus RTU protocol to Modbus TCP protocol.

RS232 interface supports full-duplex, uninterrupted communication, RS485 embedded 485 lightning protection.

For users who use virtual serial port, ZLANZ ZLVircom software can be used to realize virtual serial port, and the original serial port PC software does not need to be modified. It is also possible to use the Modbus TCP protocol in the configuration software to directly connect to the RTU device for network communication.

• Wide voltage power supply: 9~24V power supply range. Power input mode optional: you can choose the power supply mode of industrial terminal block or the plug mode of ordinary power adapter.
• Support RS232/RS485/RS422 three serial port forms. Hardware fluidics CTS/RTS and software fluidics XON/XOFF are supported.
• Sticky packet optimization, serial port framing real-time performance. Support the upgrade process in the system through the network port.

• It supports Modbus gateway function and Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP. It can support storage-based Modbus, which can automatically collect and store device data, and also supports Modbus gateway in non-storage mode.
• Support multi-host function: In the one-question-and-answer query mode, the network port allows multiple computers to access the same serial port device at the same time.
• Support custom heartbeat package and registration package function: it can easily communicate with the cloud and identify devices.
• TCP connection requires password verification to ensure connection security.
